A SESSION WITH “THE HANDS MAN” Alternative Touch and Massage Intuitive Energy Healing, De-stressing and Massage - East meets West! Re-aligning by manipulating both the mental, physical and energetic bodies. What I attempt to achieve during my treatments is the following: * Mind – discovering the problems to be solved first, then solving it with new strategies. * Body – finding where the stress is stored in the muscles and removing them effectively. * Energy – locating the imbalances in your aura and restoring the balance naturally. In my experience, problems that have been created in a short time can be fixed in a short time, e.g. one or two treatments. Problems/issues that have been with you for many years may take longer, e.g. four or more treatments. * My journey started in 2001 when I realized that I could detect the energy fields surrounding our bodies - as shown below - and that similar problems in different people feel the same. The density, texture or movement of the aura feels blocked or out of sync. When treated the sensation of the energy changes or alters, thereby harmonising with the energies surrounding it. In this way the body heals itself naturally. This means that if you have a vague problem, something is bothering you but you don’t know exactly what - I will be able to find it and help you resolve it. Later I found that I could manoeuvre the energies more effectively if I started by massaging the person’s hands before moving on to the rest of the body, touching here and there, all the while re-aligning their energies. A Typical Treatment Session with “THE HANDS MAN” Firstly, I begin with massaging your hands, while we discuss your problem areas, i.e. sore neck, migraines, depression, etc., thus establishing the problems that we want to focus on during the session. Once we have identified the problems (symptoms), the process of discovering the reasons (causes) of the disturbance usually entails discerning the precise cause of the imbalance/blockage. Normally this links up with past choices that may have worked for you then, or not, but are not doing so anymore. Does this feel right to you? Next we explore all the different options available, in order to help you become stronger, more balanced and stress free. As we discuss these alternatives, I keep massaging different muscles: this can be in your hands, arms, abdomen or legs. This helps the body and mind to relax and to get used to the new ideas. It is always up to you to choose the option you favour most, even if it’s just to remain the way you are! Now I do a full body massage with oil, during which I try to remove all the blockages effectively to restore your balance. We conclude the session by finding a central theme - one you can ponder on, so as to help resolve the problems we identified, and internalize it in a way that feels right to you. * My Background I was born in November 1965 (a Sagittarius baby), the middle one of five boys. I matriculated in1984 in Pretoria, South Africa, completed two thirds of a B Com (Personnel Management) degree and did National Service. Then I worked in marketing, and became involved in my brother’s business, which was in the financial line. This company grew rapidly into www.citadel.co.za. I went on extended leave in 1998, travelling the world in search of adventure. In 2001, I started feeling energy fields – freaky, was my first reaction. I began working on my friends, and later my family. The more I treated people, the more I learned. Overtime costs proportionally more, i.e. R50 for 15 minutes, R100 for 30 minutes, and so on. (ASK me and I will Quote spisificly for you). I do not practice one particular style of healing, such as Reiki or Shiatsu. I have done various introductory courses of other healing methods since then. However, I do not identify with any one in particular because I consider the structured forms too restrictive for my intuitive abilities. I do not hold any certifications for treatment; I am an intuitive, self-taught, natural healer.
