Come and join us on a Weekend Retreat (1-3 July and 29-31 July 2011) to fully re-discover the central nervous system's innate way to discharge excessive tension, relieve chronic stress, anxiety and also to recover from traumatic episodes. Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) allow the body to physically shake off tension/trauma through neurogenic tremoring. Unlike other mammals the human has, due to our overemphasis on the mind, deadened the shaking mechanism. TRE re-activates this shaking mechanism/neurogenic tremors to return to a state of relaxation. The setting for the Retreat,Hearth and Soul, has been specially chosen for its nurturing support to the process of allowing mind and body to relax, letting go, rest and rejuvenate. The en-suite units are spacious, beautifully decorated and all white linnened. The farm has great nature walks or you can just relax next to a number of fireplaces.
