This will be straight purchase of the machine and the cost of the Lumislim is R 120,000 (Excl. VAT) In addition to the Lumislim we have secured the rights to distribute other machinery – Cavitation, CryoLipolisis and RF technology. All of this is geared at Slimming, skin firming, contouring, Cellulite reduction, etc. Value Proposition 2 (VP2): Purchase of the machine on leased basis. The price will be R 120,000 (Excl. VAT) without finance charges. Financing can be facilitated by ourselves or the client directly. We will be setting up the relationships with the banks in the next couple of weeks. Value Proposition 3 (VP3): Turnkey Retail Franchise purchase. This would entail selling a Rapid Contour Franchise on a turnkey basis. We would assist in getting a great deal on the premises a partner finds, we will kit the outlet out in its entirety and brand it in line with the Rapid Contour CI. The upfront Franchise costs would be R 300,000 (Exclusive of VAT) and the Franchise Management fee would be a flat R 10,000 (Excl. VAT) per month. Value proposition 4 (VP4): Lite Franchise Purchase.
