Le Beauté Studio offers a” One Stop Health & Beauty Shop” at a cost of R150,000 (Cape Town Area) & R 180 000 in Outside Aeas based on a 80 m² shop. This fee includes: *The rights to operate under the Le Beaute name. *Site selection and approval. *Initial Franchise legal cost. *Training of the franchisee in 8 Professional Certificates plus kits. *Setting up and equipping of the studio for treatments. *2 nail stations including the reception area. *2 Beauty cubicles including beds & chairs. 80% (Eighty percent) of the above stated amount is due and payable on signing the franchise agreement. The balance must be paid in full 5 working days prior to handing over. The franchisee is obliged to furnish guarantees that the aforesaid amounts will be made available as requested. Franchise Management Services Fee: A fee of 5% (Five percent) (vat excl) of the gross Turnover per month, or a minimum fixed amount of R1 500.00 (vat excl) per month escalating at 10% (ten percent) per annum, whichever amount is the greater. Training: Initial training of the franchisee (8 certificates), are included in the franchise cost. All extra or future training will be done at Le Beauté Training Centre. Operational Support: All our franchisees will be supported by experienced Field Operations Managers. The following courses are included in the franchise fee: * Professional Nail Technician Course *Manicure/Pedicure *French Manicure *Nail Art *Aromatherapy Hand & Foot Treatment *Hot Stone Massage *Indian Head Massage *Skincare/Facials *Professional Make up *Individual Eyelash Extensions *Professional Waxing Our courses are internationally accredited.
